Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day. Well, for some people other meals can just be as important as breakfasts. However, in my opinion, you need to start your day with a filled stomach. The energy you need to perform all your tasks comes from eating. Having a nice breakfast is really important if you want to have a very productive day. Which is why I like the idea of having an event about the importance of breakfasts.
